So guess what! Geláre is finally open at e@Curve and its gonna be my new favourite ice-cream joint. :D
Geláre is an Italian word that means "to freeze" or "congeal" and this ice cream originates from Italy. Wow, that's my little 'public service-did-you-know' of the day. According to their site, they use all-natural ingredients with absolutely no artificial flavouring, colouring or preservatives.
I tried the Honey Malt Crunch and it is DIVINE!!
And what's best is.... somehow this hasn't triggered my stomach and lil ol' lactose intolerant me is absolutely fine! But of course - everything in moderation lah.
